I take you throught the basics of mastering movement patterns with a full body split in Phase One.

Phase Two we start to work with less reps and heavier weights to get you used to working in a muscle building and fat burning phase.

Phase Three we push you to achieve your desired goals whilst combining Power & Strength in your training. There is a full 4 week meal guide as well as four different conditioning day options.
